Naked In Death by J. D. Robb

This is the first book of the In Death Series Collection. Nora Roberts writing as J. D. Robb introduces us to the world in 2050. It is a series of futuristic science fiction police procedurals. It features NYPSD Detective Eve Dallas and her husband Roarke and are set in New York City. Despite the emphasis on solving a crime in each of the books, the overall theme of the series is the development of the relationship between Eve and Roarke. I’m a total sucker for cop books, and this series is one of my favourites.
